Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes we do. The gift voucher section can be found in the Categories dropdown or in the website footer.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We certainly do. Once you‘ve added an item to your cart, a +GIFT WRAP button should appear to guide you through the process. Alternatively, you can add gift wrapping to any of your items in the cart section. 

Where can I find more info on Furoshiki wraps?

Can I add a gift message?

Of course. Like gift wrapping, this can be added on the product page after adding an item to your cart, or afterwards in the cart section. If you’d like more info on our notecards, please see our Gift Wrap section.

Do you include receipts inside the package?

We don’t. The last thing we want is a gift recipient receiving a receipt or invoice in error, so these will be emailed to the purchaser directly. (No more wasted paper either.)

Can I be notified when a product is back in stock?

You can. Simply contact us through the contact page or directly at help@listofgoods.com, mentioning the product (and size/colour if applicable,) and we’ll let you know when they’re back in stock.

When will payment be taken?

Payment will be taken at checkout. Usual credit/debit card processing times apply and whilst these depend on your bank, funds generally clear same day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. We also accept PayPal.

What delivery options do you provide?

We offer Standard Tracked (2-4 days) and Next Day delivery (next business day, when order placed by midday the day before). Both of these options are currently served by Royal Mail.

How do I track my order?

Simply use the courier tracking emails sent directly to your inbox after purchase, or log into your List of Goods account where you can track through your order history.

Do you offer next day delivery?

We do yes. Simply select at checkout. Please note, to ensure items arrive the next working day, orders need to be placed by 12 midday the day before. If the 12 o'clock cut off is missed, items will be sent the following business day, for delivery the next business day after that.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

We don’t. We certainly plan to soon, but currently we only deliver to UK addresses. Sorry about that.

What happens if I want to change or cancel my order once placed?

If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please contact us asap through the Contact Us page, or directly at help@listofgoods.com. Unfortunately, whilst we will endeavour to pick these up in time, once an order has been placed, we can’t guarantee a cancellation/change request will be picked up before dispatch. In cases where the item has already been dispatched, the returns process can be followed for a refund or exchange of item. For more info on our returns policy, please see here.

I’ve been sent the wrong item, what do I do?

Whilst we work hard to ensure this doesn’t occur, mistakes can happen. If you’ve been sent the wrong item, please get in touch via the Contact Us section or email directly at help@listofgoods.com providing your order number.

How long do I have to return an item?
