N.B. For 18+ orders that include bladed products or alcohol, a £2 surcharge is added to normal shipping costs, to cover the legally required Age Verification service (as detailed above). All such orders will be shipped via Royal Mail.

 

CARRIERS AND NOTIFICATIONS

We currently use Royal Mail or DPD for all deliveries. Tracking notifications will be sent directly to your email once dispatched, whichever method is selected.

  

CUT OFF TIMES 

Next day deliveries to be delivered Tuesday - Friday need to be ordered by 2pm the day prior. For deliveries due Monday, orders must be placed by 2pm the Friday before. Any orders to be delivered on Saturday or Sunday must be completed by 2pm on Friday. Any orders executed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched Monday, for delivery within the relevant timeframes.

 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY EXCLUSIONS

Unfortunately, despite the widest network in the UK, Royal Mail cannot guarantee next day delivery for a small number of rural postcodes. Selecting the Next Day service at checkout will ensure the quickest delivery, but please be aware that paying for Next Day delivery to these postcodes does not constitute a guarantee that packages will arrive the next day. If Next Day is selected in these cases, it will be assumed that the purchaser simply wishes to expedite shipping as quickly as possible and postage refunds will not be offered.
