MISC. GOODS CO.

Misc. Goods Co. got its start in 2012, with the creative spark of founder and graphic designer Tyler Deeb and a Kickstarter campaign that took off beyond expectations. That campaign pitched a beautifully illustrated deck of playing cards that took Deeb three months to craft, with each card offering a unique take on the traditional courtly designs. That first product (and its subsequent success) set the tone for the company's driving ethos: making thoughtful, well-crafted products that bring a little joy to day-to-day life. Nestled in Louisville, Kentucky (USA), the company's roots are deep in a local culture known for deliberate and meticulous craftsmanship, which shapes everything they produce.

As time went on, MGCO branched out into new product lines, but all stay true to the company's core values of quality and design integrity. Standout items, like their ceramic flasks and handsomely rendered playing cards, capture that blend of aestheticism and utility its founder envisaged with that first Kickstarter campaign. As well as a clear focus on premium quality materials and thoughtful practicality, their stuff just looks awesome. Customer reviews are as good as we've seen, across the board, and the company's products have been picked up by everyone that matters, including GQ, Uncrate, Esquire, Huckberry (and List of Goods).
