TENEUES

Founded in 1931 and rebuilt after being destroyed in WWII, teNeues began life as a printing firm, before developing an independent publishing arm in 1973 (teNeues Verlag). In the early '80s the company expanded internationally with the establishment of a New York office, which was followed later by operations in London and Paris. Today the company publishes in a variety of languages and distributes in over 50 countries worldwide.

Although the company has a rich and varied publishing history, it was the early 2000s that saw their successful growth in the fields of photography, travel, lifestyle and architecture; the areas we're so interested in from a gifting point of view. Their coffee-table books are rich, vibrant, interesting and beautifully produced, benefiting from almost a century of experience in the printing industry. That expertise has led to them producing commissioned works for a wide rage of luxury brands, including Ferrari, Porsche, Cartier, BMW, Chopard, Dior and even Heidi Klum. With such a discerning client list, it's easy to see why their products are of such high quality, and why we've decided to include a few of their best titles on our very own discerning list.
