Transparent are a forward-thinking, design-led outfit, founded in Stockholm in 2012. United by a shared passion for music and an obsessive eye for design, founders Brickstad and Willers aimed not only to redefine the role speakers play, but to do so while championing sustainability and setting a greener example. As well as performance goals, their mission is to establish the world's first circular tech brand. Over a decade later, Transparent stays true to its roots, continually innovating in audio performance and sustainable design.
The brand's eponymous Transparent Speaker is a pioneering blend of high-grade aluminum and tempered glass, offering incredible sound quality and head-turning aesthetics that integrate effortlessly into any space. Every speaker is designed to be fully serviceable, with modular components that can be replaced and upgraded, reducing new manufacturing, consumer cost and environmental waste. The company also takes back old products for reuse or recycling. These efforts not only contribute to product longevity, but move the company closer to its goal of becoming that first circular tech brand.
