When it came to selecting a classic toolbox for The List, there was only ever one brand in the running. Japanese brand Toyo have been making tool boxes since 1969 and after 50+ years, they know a thing or two about tidying away tools. Amazingly, they're crafted from a single sheet of steel, which means no seams, sharp edges or rusted joints. They're practically indestructible and with a little care, they'll last decades.

These Y-350s are slightly more compact than their ST-350 cousins, but offer a similar amount of space for organising tools, brushes, pencils or trowels, making them a safe, secure companion for craftsmen, artists, gardners and DIY enthusiasts alike.
