The book is written by Ekkehard Knobelspies, founder of The World's 101 Best Steak Restaurants ranking in 2018. With more than 20 years' experience in hospitality consulting, brand strategy and gastronomy media, he also created the documentary series *Meat My Master*, exploring the people and craft behind leading steak restaurants.
