A Japanese-inspired chef’s knife designed for everyday kitchen use, with a substantial forged blade suited to everything from chopping vegetables to slicing meat and preparing larger quantities of food.

The 8-inch (20.3cm) straight-edge blade is forged from German-grade 50CrMoV15 stainless steel, with full-tang construction for strength and durability.

Notches along the blade provide natural resting points for your thumb and finger, giving you greater control and precision when slicing, dicing and mincing.

The ergonomic handle is made from resin-infused Pakkawood, a stabilised composite wood that resists heat and moisture. Its weighted, balanced construction makes the knife comfortable to handle, while a signature copper accent adds a distinctive finishing touch.

A full-grain cow leather sleeve is included to protect the blade during storage and transport. The leather will soften and develop a natural patina with use.

The knife measures approximately 33 × 6.4 × 1.9cm and weighs 227g.

For care, wipe clean and dry after use, store in a dry place and apply a thin coat of protective oil. Sharpen as needed.
