A Japanese-inspired Nakiri knife designed for chopping, slicing and preparing vegetables, with a broad, straight-edged blade that makes light work of everything from root vegetables to delicate leafy greens.

The 7-inch (17.8cm) blade is forged from German-grade 50CrMoV15 stainless steel, with full-tang construction for strength and durability. Its square profile and straight edge are particularly useful for chopping sweet potatoes, squash and courgettes, as well as finely shredding cabbage and lettuce.

The ergonomic handle is made from resin-infused Pakkawood, with a textured grain and a weighted, balanced design for a comfortable grip. Barebones' signature copper accent adds a distinctive finishing touch.

A full-grain cow leather sleeve is included to protect the blade during storage.

The knife measures 31.1 × 5.7 × 1.9cm and weighs approximately 272g.

For care, wipe clean and dry after use, apply a thin coat of protective oil and sharpen as needed. Hand wash only; do not put in the dishwasher.
