Willow's Sensor Sets include 1-3 soil-inserted sensors (depending on set) and a compact Wi-Fi-enabled hub, designed to help you monitor your indoor plants with precision and ease.

Each sensor tracks four key variables—soil moisture, ambient light, temperature, and humidity—providing real-time, species-specific care alerts via the Willow app.

You assign each sensor to a specific plant within the app, allowing the system to recognise that exact species and tailor its care recommendations accordingly. Whether you're growing a fiddle-leaf fig or a maidenhair fern, the guidance adapts to what your plant genuinely needs.

The sensors connect via Bluetooth to the hub, which then relays data to your phone through your home Wi-Fi. One hub supports up to 40 sensors, so you can scale up as your plant collection grows (additional sensors available separately).

Sensors measure 172 mm in length with a 124 mm probe, housed in a 32 mm wide body.

The hub measures 74 × 26 mm and plugs in via a USB cable. The entire kit is compact and unobtrusive, designed to blend into your living space without fuss.

Rather than simple readouts, the system delivers contextual advice—factoring in plant type, growth goals (like flowering or foliage), local weather, and seasonal changes.

Each sensor is dust and moisture-resistant and runs on a long-life coin cell battery, removing the need for frequent recharging or fiddly setup.

The Willow app also allows you to track a live health score for each plant, browse detailed care guides, set fertiliser reminders, and even share plant care responsibilities with others.
