It is one of the smallest knives they make, yet it carries the same craft heritage as the larger models made in their incredible fjordside workshop. The triple-laminated stainless steel blade is sharp and dependable, ideal for everyday tasks or light camp work, and the curly birch handle gives you a surprisingly confident grip for such a compact frame. A compact folding knife that brings Helle’s traditional craft into one of the smallest silhouettes they have ever made.

The Kletten is designed as a true pocket companion, light and unobtrusive, yet still carrying the warmth and character of the brand’s fixed blade heritage.

The blade is made from Helle’s triple laminated stainless steel with a polished finish. It holds an edge well for its size and opens with a smooth, steady pull.

The back lock mechanism is simple and reliable, keeping the blade secure during use.

The handle uses curly birch shaped into gentle contours that sit naturally in the hand despite the knife’s very small footprint.

Each piece of timber is finished and oiled by hand, giving subtle grain variation and a sense of something crafted rather than produced.

Closed, the Kletten measures only 84 mm, and open it reaches 145 mm.

The blade itself is 55 mm long with a thickness of 2.7 mm. Total weight is just 84 g, making it one of the easiest Helle knives to carry without noticing it.

It comes with a felt pouch for pocket or pack storage, adding a small layer of protection and a touch of tradition.
