Its deep black, octagonal handle is made in the UK from 100 percent post-consumer waste plastic, taking material destined for landfill and turning it into something handsome, practical and long lasting. Each handle has subtle variation, giving every knife a bit of its own character. The long, serrated stainless steel blade is handmade in Solingen, Germany, the world-famous centre of cutlery making with its own protected geographical trademark.
