A full-size, serrated bread knife developed by Allday Goods to reduce single-use plastics.

The blade is made from X50CrMoV15 stainless steel and produced in Solingen, Germany, a city internationally recognised for its knife making heritage.

The steel is hardened for durability and everyday kitchen use, with a long serrated edge designed specifically for slicing bread and baked goods.

The handle is formed from recycled waste plastic that's collected, processed and moulded into a solid, food safe material.

Each handle carries a unique flecked pattern as a result of the recycled plastic source, meaning no two knives look exactly the same.

The handle shape is designed for balance and control during regular kitchen tasks, pairing comfortably with the long blade.

The total length is approximately 230 mm, with a blade thickness of about 2 mm and a weight around 120 g, giving it balanced handling for regular kitchen tasks.
